What we do
Royalty isn’t just luxury, it’s also making sure your concrete floor lasts years for your home. It all starts with floor prep. After you carefully grind away and repair the concrete so no leaks or holes are in the floor, we apply a base coat that contains your color of choice (pigment) and add the flake color of your choice on top of it after carefully rolling the base coat into the concrete’s pores. After we precisely roll another layer of basecoat but without the pigment so it remains clear, thus creating a clear coat that seals the floor for many years to come.
